Ur lucky it was Vodafone , try doing this with Reliance or Airtel and see the results , btw Vodafone may not have the best network but their service is pretty ok

services of vodaphone

hi
am pissed up with the services of vodaphone care. i registered my complaint on 10 sep. 2009 about caller tune which was activated on my phone which i didnt subscribed for. and till now 26 sep i had not got my refund back. i got calls from care that i will get my money back in 2 days ……but till now no refund…am really fed up with services……tell me what i should do…??????

orange connection

Customer Care
I had an orange connection which was taken in 2004 from Mumbai which later on changed to vodafone. The cel no was +xxxxxxxxxx. I relocated to Muscat in Jul 2008 after clearing all dues and had not been using that no since then. I have misplaced the sim card. Please let me know how to terminate the connection and the procedure to clear dues if there are any. During my short trips to Kerala, I had approached many vodafone offices, but they have not resolved the issue todate.

prepaid account balance

Hi Amit,
I am facing a problem in my prepaid account balance. I had made a topup of Rs.150 in the month of June. Later after a month, that is in the month of July the balance I had was deducted. Immediately I called the customer care and enquired the reason, initially they said that topup is valid for a month, but then during the period of topup I was told talk time is valid till the expiry date of my recharge. Later they said their might be some technical problem in their system and would refund my amount by 3rd Aug.
I had logged the complaint on 30th July. I have been calling the customer care quite a lot of time and they still keep telling that I will get my amount refunded. I can list some people whom I spoke with
1> Pavan Shirsagar
2> Sandeep
3> Laxman
4> Sangeetha
All of them assured that i would get it refunded, but no effect.
If the customer care continue to work in this, it will definitely loose many customers. If my issue is not getting solved then surely I will be moving out of this and even insist my friends not to go for this.
I hope you can help out with this issue. Please do the needful.

Vodafone Customer Care

It is really a shame that Vodafone Customer Care is just a way to show vodafone users that you care but in reality you do not care but you use the users for your benefits.
Reasons for my bluntness:-
a) Customer Care does not answer calls
b) Customer Care no 111 does not log you to any attendent, its just a waste of time.
c) Your Ringer tone unit Logs onto any number and decides to add ringer tone when not requested, hence allgedly debiting un requested charges. This has several times happened to me and my Husband and we have been deducted several times sending our balances to minus figures.
I SUGGEST THAT SOME ONE FROM YOUR UNIT DOES CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY EITHER ON MY e-mail or call me on 9780192070 or 9780902684

vodafone user

Hi! I am Manpreet & m a vodafone user from last 5 years, my mobile no. is xxxxxxxxxx. Frm Ludhiana (Punjab)
I am jst fed up from vodafone customer care. On 26th May, 2009 morning i got msg from vodafone tht MCI (Missed call informatn) service has been activated. i ws surprised to knw coz i had not activate that service, but checking my balance i got there was deduction of 30 Rs. then i talk to vodafone custmer care. they told me to send a message CAN MCI to 144. i did the same.Then on 27th morning, i got a message that MCI service has been deactivated.
then again 27th afternoon i got a message that MCI has been activated. & again they charge me 3o. Rs/-
Now there is a total deduction of Rs. 60/- in 36 Hours.
Vodafone executives r saying its not posible that v had activated MCI service without your request.
kindly help me what to do?????……….
