Hutch is fraud?

Dear Sir/Mam,
I Uday Khanna have a hutch connection number is 983397111.I can say that this company is a fraud because nobody cares about the customer.Its Been 6 months i have taken this connection and no response is being given either by call centers representative or by the hutch shops.My probelms as follows-:
1)The hutch DSA came and he took RS100 extra fom me.I have a receipt singed by him.
2)He gave me all wrong information
3)He told me that 250 miutes are free which are not free they are chargable at 30 paisa.
4)He told me that my clip charges will be included in my rental which is not.
5)HE told me that my hutch share will be activated which is not activated.
6)Than i faxed them all the documents but they dint received,whereas i have the receipt of that fax also.
7)Than i was charged late fee which they dint reversed it.
8) i did not did international message but i am charged for it .
I have all the documents of all the problems.
Kindly look into this problems as i am really fed up of it because its being prolonged from 6 months.And take fast course of action
