kindly rectify my bill

kindly rectify my bill as u r again ans again charging for the cheque bounce charges without even representing the same to my bank and all ur customer care exec are useless hardly able to reply for the missbilling .
kindly present me the cheque bounced with the bank statement or refund my bounce charges please
