I AM HUTCH COSTUMER

I AM HUTCH COSTUMER SINCE LAST 10 YEAR APROX ,I LOST MY PHONE ALONG WITH SIM ,I CONTACT COSTOMER CARE ON23.09.06 FOR SENDING NEW SIM .I COULDNOT IT BY 28.09.06, ICONTACT AGAIN & WAS TOLD TO GO AT HUTCH SHOP PREET VIHAR .I WENT & TAKE SIM ,I WAS TOLD THAT THIS WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 2 HOUR ,I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT MY SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW THAT IS 30.09.2006,
I HAD CALLED AT LEAST 10 TIMES COSTOMER CARE & VISITED TWICE AT PREET VIHAR TO ACTIVATE SIM. TELL ME WHERE SHOULD I GO / OR PROCEDURE TO SURRENDER CONECTION
