Please take it as a special case

Dear sir,
From yesterday, my mobile has no outgoing and there was no number displey in receiving calls. I have also contacted with customer care executive at morning. One of ur executive has taken my details and said that the service will be got back to me after 4 hours. But, I m messaging rightnow in evening. there is no response in this matter.
Another things is that, the same issue has been offered to me before 12 days back and I had also given the detailed information in that same day.
Please take it as a special case in order to provide me the normal service.
