I have a hutch prepaid

Sir,
I have a hutch prepaid, I recharge it with tariff UP 75 & “it successfully rechaged” a service reply is comes to me but the call rates did not changed as they should be according to tariff even after abt 30 hrs of charging & also I get reduced my already existing balance by 50Rs. after abt 10hrs of recharging tariff voucher. My Account validity is upto 24th july 07.
Plz help me or I will take some critical step regarding to the problem.
