hutch official

Dear Sir,
I am not able to get e-mail id’s of your official but i find your id as hutch official and writting you with the hope that you will do the needful or pass this mail to concern department. In my matter as now i am hopeless and contacted so many times to your hutch department.
My wood be is working in Sparsh and on that behalf he purchased this connect and on the time of purchase your executive informed him that you will get 1 connection free with one and 500 minute free talktime and 200 sms free hutch to hutch.
First they broke their first condition and sent us bill seprately for two connection i.e. 199 + taxes.
Now i received bill for connection no. 9999102027 and they charges against call to 9999102028, which is 500 minutes free.
Also i disconnected no. 9999102027 to your hutch shop at 22 sector, dwarka on 10 July and instead of that they continue this connection and now they are charging for the same.
So suggest me needful in this regard because in your bill you are charging meter charges + call charges + sms charges (Sms charges are also very high, a person can’t use this services 7333 frequently). Kindly check the same carefully and revert back to me please.,
