Vodafone Customer Care

out going facilities has been disconnected due to non submission of ID but have alredy submitt all the documents to dealer so how i can continue the out going calls from my phone i have concerned to my dealer also. incoming calls are continue in my cell but without NO. (unknown numbers) so please advice me what i have to do as soon as possible.
