vodafone customer care representative
I had got same response from a vodafone customer care representative while complaining about network lost issue. That arrogant guy told me to cancel my connection.
Vodafone need to do something about their network and customer care guys or they are going to loose many of their customers at least i am not going to continue using vodafone.

customer care representative should not be rude to its customers. this may lead to lose their customers.
