dear service provider

dear service provider,
i’m not happy with ur dealing on hutch heplline at 111..
one day for one service i called up at abt 10 times all attendend told me same thing & put on hold ..
i lost near abt talk time of 50rs.
due to that still problem not solved , everytime time new attendent we have ti describe from scrap then above that ur helpline is chargeble??
i was requesting to activate my hutch std plan, they told me to sms “ACT HSTD” & to send on 144..
i follow the intrustion then recived message from 144 that letter typed by u is wrong key something , then again i called up & got same intructions . in this way i follow these type of intructions at abt 10 times but my service not activated.
in addtion to this i also send sms ” HSTD ACT ” , ” ACT STD” ………….. lot many but service not activated till now . i hope u know that how much balance i lost in this process & i got same reply every time . now i have all record in my cell & thinking to putting up in consumer forum .
If same thinks keep hapeenining then i am going to put up in consumer forum , otherwise you give my talk time back.
And above all improve your service.
