.Problem with Hutch signal

Hi,
Subject: 1.Problem with Hutch signal.
2.Sim card balance problem.
I took hutch sim card some time in the month of January. Ever since i have problem with the signal.
I stay in basvangudi and i do have a BSNL sim can and the signal is fine. Please help me resolve this problem.
I also have another proble with this prepaid sim, I took a prepaid sim of Rs 399 and made calls and the balance was Rs 149 for some days and suddenly inspite of not using the phone the amountg got changed and reduced to Rs 52. Please help me resolve this at the earliest.
