hutch to hutch STD callrate is RE 1 per min

As per Rs 253/- monthly recharge… hutch to hutch STD callrate is RE 1 per min….and local call rate 25 p per min….but they recharged normal rate of 2.50/- on my STD calls..and 99p on my local calls… i registered the complaint and asked for compensation..but till time no response…. what is this ….? i doubt their customer serivce is working for customers or for someone else…..i suggest to change the name as ‘ NOCARE’
