Yogesh a customer care executive

I talked to Yogesh a customer care executive to change my billing address but unfortunately I could not get any positive response. This is so dissapointing because I have been a Hutch user for last five years . Necessary measures should be taken so that this kind of harrasment mustnot be repeated again.
