upcoming NGO

We are having an upcoming NGO in interdisciplinary research ih educational science namely C Cube (Creative Curriculum Concept) Foundatin, which is organising an one day programme on 27th October 2007 at Thiruvananthapuram. We require a sponsorship from your esteemed coropration. The total amount required is around 15 thousand Rupees. Diplay of your bannners and services will be provided in the venue. The participants will be mainly youth. To whom I contact and what is the proceedure.
