vodafone cheats its customers by simply deducting 30 Rs per month for caller tune without it being active.they make some editing with records and tell customers that they have activated it 2 months back and we have activated it by pressing * or 1 or 3 or 5 etc …beware of such malpractice …this may even happen to you.

for the past several weeks I have been getting messages on my mobile saying there was a call between so-and-so time and if I wanted to know details I would have to send a message 'to know details send message 'GET' to 53303'. When I send this message I get a reply that there was a call for me from xyz number. And all this when my phone has not rung at all! The question is:
1. why do i not get a call the regular way;
2. if I have not been able to attend calls, why do I not get a 'missed call' message on display;
3. do I have to pay for the 'GET' messages that I am sending to 53303? if so why?
4. Is it another way of earning revenue at the cost of the gullible subscriber? please reply ASAP

worst and cheater in the field of communication sector, Government should stop the services of Vodafone/hutch and should take safe gaurd for customer, vodafone has worst customers supports, fraud in this sector.
