dear sir,
1Lots of confusions in communication between vodofone and customers as there is no transparency in billing. 2.for a change of plan there is a charge of rs500/-.which is kept hidden while communication and is charged in the bill 3.billing is highly irr
egular and no vodofone franchise is able explain as they have no facility it seems. 4.It seems that billing is charged right from dialling to any number ie.before the receiver picks up.5.absolutely there is transparency in your business and is proved beyond doubt.6 . thank the govt. for portability.
