Very very poor service.

Very very poor service. Nobody in customer care is responding. Sustomer care executives are holding phones for 20 ~30 mins without transferring to their seniors. September concern is still pending and nobody is ready to listen.

i fully endorse your view. Here we keep receiving unsolicited recorded calls from their staff in most irritating and raucous tones. When we tried to contact their customer care service, they were very impatient with us and gave curt replies to say that it would take 45 days to disable these unsolicited calls. Vodafone is taking us to the prehistoric era, while mobile services in other countries are progressing in leaps and bounds with various customer friendly value additions.
