I am a really dissatisfied customer , in a month
whenever i call customer service they tell me that there are technical problems and they can’t resolve my any problem.
1.coustomer care exicutive exited after discussing my problem
2.they say they can’t resolve my problem
3.i think they are unable for their job
4.after receiving our calls and chaking our details they put on hold untill the line is disconnected.
5.i am in suti & dhulyan towers but the network is not in proper condition to serve us.
6.network is very busy
its frustrating ,
please resolve

I have migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid plan on the plan conveyed to me by a vodafone customer care executive. The plan which they conveyed to me was:
Monthly Rental: 125 Rs
Local call: Vod to Vod -> 10paise
Vod to others: 99paise
Std: 2.40Rs
SMS: Local 1Rs, STD 2Rs, International 5Rs
Talktime: 100Rs every month
i had took two connections for this plan. But when the number was activated they conveyed to me a totally different plan and said that there might be some misunderstanding and there is no such plan which was conveyed to me in the beginning. Till date they have not provided me any resolution for the same. and now they are forcing me to pay the bill amount however till now they have not confirmed me regarding my Bill Payment Plan. All the time i call the customer care they give me a complaint number and dont provide me any resolution. i have called the customer care 4 to 5 times. My recent complaint number is: 967157574

My vodafone number is 9873717585 I have changed the scheme from postpaid to prepaid on 9/5/2009. It was informed to me that the caution money of
Rs.500 will be sent through cheque. But I am sorry to inform you that till date I have not recieved the same even after lapse of more than 45 days. Please look into the matter immediately and refund me Rs.500.
