I am Phongveth, please help me to solve my problem.
It is very strange that my mobile phone balance was cut Rs. 30
At first I Call to Customer Care then the customer care told me , cause of I use Caller Tunes services, after that I Did Deactive Caller Tune Service ,
But , My phone balance is still Be Cut After I Dial *123*420# and please kindly help me , what problem is happening with my simcard , and I also do not need extra services Except: Outgoing, Incoming calls and messages

I Vibin George a prepaid customer of your network,no:9745022871. It is found that for any incoming call on my phone,charge is leavied which is unusal since I an not on romming.Kindly look in to this &correct the error &inform
