I am looking for a postpaid plan in delhi ncr.

I am looking for a postpaid plan in delhi ncr. Since I am daily up down from sikandrabad (U.P.) to noida so i wanna get a plan that can save some phone budget in such conditions while am using two network (basically from 8am to 8:30 pm Delhi ncr & 8:30PM to 8 AM up network) So plz suggest me the best plan in vodafone.
