West Bengal Vodafone
I am a customer of West Bengal Vodafone circle.Some body giving Missed calls from this number +91 9830219991.But when i want to call in that number,the number does not exits.So i cannot trace him.this is the 3rd day he had called me.Plz see to it.I am requesting u to give the name of customer who belongs to this number.May be i am knowing to him/her.

THAT NUMBER IS PROBABLY BIENG USED BY ANY TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER TO ROUTE THE CALLS SOMEBODY FROM VOIP OR FROM INTERENET MAKING CALLS TO YOU AND WHEN HE IS CALLING I..E, FROM INTERNET THE CALL IS BIENG ROUTE BY THAT PARTICULAR NUMBER
