vodafone postpaid user

my mother is a vodafone postpaid user, therefore against it i got a call from Mr Harish from the faridabad centre saying that they have an offer of another postpaid connection which will start within 24 hrs, i paid 250rs and submitted all documents required on 9th june and thought it will get registered by the next day…but to my horror i came to know after calling at call centre that the documents were deposited on 11th !!!
anyways i was told that within 72 hrs it will be activated, but as expected very tricky statements were made by Ali & Madhuri (custer care executive), the customer care is so pathetic that they don’t even attend calls properly, about 5 times they had disconnected my calls without providing full information, and every time i ask for the status …im being asked to wait for another 72 hrs!!!
i had a very bad experience with HUTCH and therefore i was very skeptical about taking vodafone but for the name sake and that Vodafone is an international brand i trusted it, but i guess that vodafone is even worse.
