I am Guruswamy.B.G, When i received the bill of august 2006,I was confused because I was charged Rs 150 extra for sim replacement but
I am using same sim since i took the postpaid connection.
Later I went to hutch shop (seetha vilas road) in mysore, the fellow(Praveen HV I guess) who is sitting there Behaved rashly with me,he was not even obedient to receive my compliant.
After all I called hutch customer care I registered a Compliant against
the person as well as bill.
But still Rs 191 is not yet waver off from my current bill, I request you to
waver off Rs 191 from the current bill
