How does Hutch explain this ???

Hi,
I’m using Hutch prepaid for a long time.
But now-a-days the Hutch customer care service is in it’s WORST stage.
Whenever I try to call 111 the Hutch Care number in Bangalore there is no reply. After trying about 20-25 times even if I get connected to customer care but waiting for about 8 minutes on the queue I could not find any support person whom I can explain my problem.
I really wonder whether there is any Hutch Care in existance !!!
How does Hutch explain this ???
