Hi,
I am using Hutch prepaid card.
Inspite of submitting documents, they have barred my incoming as well as outgoing calls.
One person from Hutch came to my house and collected the documents but still there is no progress.
I am tired of this.

Hi i do agree with you. I have Hutch prepaid connection. I have submitted my proof three times whenever they asked for it (they claim that they need id as per new TROY rules or some thing like that). Finally i asked them if they need any more. They promised me they will not ask me again. Now just 2 months later, they r calling to home asking for one more proof. I am away from home due to my work. But some guys from Hutch came to my residence and got sign from my family members stating that am not using number anymore. this is too ridiculous as i had recharged my number for 1 year just 1 month ago. what do these Hutch people do with the proof that we give. dont they maintain it???????????
