I have a hutch postpaid connection plan 249 cug 500mins. I want to change this plan convert to new talk 299. I am repeatedly saying to customer care through my phone in every month but no positive result. because our all group no. changed into Airtel. “Customer care executive says don’t worry your request send to our head office-result at least 2 to 5 days.” All Customer care executive is workless & stupid. This is my last warning if u not change it at 24 hours then i will change my connection to Airtel. I am not paying your outstanding. My Phone No. 9830861557.
