stupid connection

y no 9946212644.i’m very ashame to take like this stupid connection bcs a irresponsible behaviour of customer service. i take my con. before 18 days back. but still now my sms service not active.i call to customer service so many times.but like this stupid response fisrt time in my life.i move a consumer court petition.i have 1000 sms free also. what this stupids are thinking when i call customer care they told me that the problem will clear with in 10 min. now its finish 18 days.i record all the files with me to proceed in court. now i send this cs i want to know why they block my sms if anybody responsible there pls reply
