Dear Sir/Mam
I have this coneection with me from January 2003. I have Pre-paid connection. From last two days I am facing a problem, that when i recieve some call ,it is not displying Phone No./Name . Moreover I am not able to make any call “Error in net Connection is shown on its screen. I still have balance of Rs. 800 (appx.) and I have converted it into life time. Tell me the reason why my services are debarred, without any intimation.My Phone No. is 9899634177
