prepaid connection of hutch

sir, i have change form prepaid connection of hutch to postpaid connection but the problem is i am getting hutch alive on my mobile but i didn’t apply for this now if i diactivate from my cell it cost me, i don’t understand how they can charge me for the service which i have not asked.
