I am a post paid customer, even I lost my mobile and wanted to block to the number, but the vodafone executives are asking me to go to the nearest police station, which is not possible for me since my office is far away from the police station.
They would have verify my details and could block the number, but these guyz are not doing it. Its a bug in the vodafone process, they are not satisfying the customer needs.
