i m from HUTCH

Dear Sir,
i would like to inform you that from the last four days i was trying for your customer care. whenever i dialled 4 as per the instructions given by Voice Recorder it says that 4 is a invalid number
Now sir, pleasse tell me what to do.
and the most important thing is that last week i received a call from 9985624667. the person is asking for my address when i enquire abt him he says that i m from HUTCH and this call is made to me for my address verifcation. this activity goes on for two days. and then stops.
so my concern is whether this is genuine call from Hutch or from somewhere else. bcoz of this i want to talk with your people but there is no response bcoz of the reason mentioned above.
Kindly treat this as most serious.
and please get back to me as soon as possible.
