receiving calls from this number

Hello sir, I have been receiving calls from this number 9836575453 but when i answer it there is a song played continuosly. He/she does not talk.
I am quite frustrated.

I saw one of the comments above ining about the same number. SO the person who is doing this needs a lesson to be taught, isnt it?
