its great to see your challange as i have done this with hutch for my mobile problems and i am just a commerce-computer (BCA) graduate but can say all the best to you against those suckers ! Get your worth of your money.

I had recharged my vodafone through ICICI online banking for my prepaid connection for Rs. 200/. I had a validity of three months before recharge so I went for top up recharge. As no information was given in the site my mobile got rechaged with Rs.47/ and one month validity that was no use to me. When I have contacted the customer care the response was really bad. There behaviour was too bad and they were not ready to change it to someother plan. In this regard I would lauch a complaint regarding the customer care behaviour.
