Hutch Connection is Injurious for Health

I have a Hutch post paid connection, and i have reqested to change my terrif plan to 299 talk home.But without any information they have barred my out going and the intersting thing is when i called hutch customer care the message is we will be on your service shortly there were no responce till half an hour,no one is bother to give a reply then what is the use of customer care, The customer care service provided by hutch is really disgusting.
