POOR SERVICE

HUTCH HAS VERY POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR SERVICE AND ITS A DHEPAT MOBILE CONNECTION IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
AND IN THE WORLD OF MOBILE VERY VERY POR CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE IS HUTCH I AM REACHING TO HIGH COURT WITH CONSUMER FORUM ABOUT ALL THESE PROBLEMS

The Hutch custoner Care is really lousy

The Hutch custoner Care is really lousy, they keep forwarding me to the prepaid department call centre, when I am actually a post-paid customer. And then they tell me, that they cannot do anything about it :-/

Hutch Network is so weak

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is mohit from ajmer and i reside at Ajay Nagar where Hutch Network is so weak that whenever i am inside my house, network shows 2 or 3 bars while airtel and BSNL shows full bars and i as a regular and continued Hutch customer wants to continue with it but not with this way. I have complainted many times to them and engineer has also come but he said network is fine but i ahve made him met with two or three people here in locality with same complaint but that engineer did not agree with us. Before sometime i was in delhi and i used to talk with my parents here, there voice was so disturbed that i had to told them that come out of house and then talk. Sir/Mam Kindly HELP ME REGARDING THIS MATTER SO THAT I CAN SIT WITHIN MY HOUSE AND TALK PRPOPERLY AND NOT OUT OF MY HOME. HOPE YOU WILL SOON TAKE ACTION AND HELP ME OUT.
