Hey Abhishek, If you want I can prove Vodafone as the best and airtel as the worst. I have so much of information about the both.
If you have enough of information about vodafone and airtel, then only do this kind of non-sense postings. Just by reading at one or two blogs dont ever mislead others.

Vodafone in India sucks big time

….
I was trying to pay my bill before I left the country in Feb 2008… their IVR machine would not give me the right amount and so I started communicating with them through email. In between Vodafone contacted my mom and screamed at her ……she paid the bill on my behalf…..
I used Hutch for over 5 years and feel very sorry that Vodafone has failed to live up to the standards set by Hutch….

If you are reading this, I will make sure that I spread as much negative publicity as I can….

vodafone postpaid user

my mother is a vodafone postpaid user, therefore against it i got a call from Mr Harish from the faridabad centre saying that they have an offer of another postpaid connection which will start within 24 hrs, i paid 250rs and submitted all documents required on 9th june and thought it will get registered by the next day…but to my horror i came to know after calling at call centre that the documents were deposited on 11th !!!
anyways i was told that within 72 hrs it will be activated, but as expected very tricky statements were made by Ali & Madhuri (custer care executive), the customer care is so pathetic that they don’t even attend calls properly, about 5 times they had disconnected my calls without providing full information, and every time i ask for the status …im being asked to wait for another 72 hrs!!!
i had a very bad experience with HUTCH and therefore i was very skeptical about taking vodafone but for the name sake and that Vodafone is an international brand i trusted it, but i guess that vodafone is even worse.

helo sir i m yashwant kushwah in mp ashok nagar i have certainly made a construction firm that’s name is XL construction. my firm need to work with vodafone mobile foundation in mp. my firm work with any state and place,because the owner and partner of this firm to made many tower foundation like as airtel and essar in mp but i have no idea for how can i get work order to vodafone mobile foundation construction.

’ve recharged a power recharge value with rs 302 on 1st june 2008 on my no xxxxxxxxxx.
but till date it is not activated,so my present tariff is local call @1.99 and @2.65 sms local @1.00
so i am suffering huge problem with this present tariff.
so you are requested to take action as soon as posible otherwise i will take nessecery action againest your company.

Vodafone postpaid connection

I hold a Vodafone postpaid connection and registered with DO NOT CALL Registry. I still get lot of promotional calls from ICICI, HDFC, CITIBANK, KOTAK MAHINDRA ETC FOR HOME LOANS , PERSONAL LOANS BUSINESS LOANS.POLICIES which are not of my insterest. i have receive these calls even if my out of country and have to pay heavily for my vodafone bills.Is our DNC Registry functional and if so how can I make a complaint?

vodafone customer care representative

I had got same response from a vodafone customer care representative while complaining about network lost issue. That arrogant guy told me to cancel my connection.
Vodafone need to do something about their network and customer care guys or they are going to loose many of their customers at least i am not going to continue using vodafone.
