183&184 is my complied. Reply 4 that.
1. Yesterday (20.11.06) afternoon at 12-12.30pm one lady called me and i had expliened that actually what happend, then she told me sorry 4 the troble sir. We will reconnect with in 1/2 an hour.
2. Againg at 5.20pm one man called me and he is also asked the problem, i had expliend for morethan 10minutes. Then he asked my present address and also my permanent address. i gave everything by phone. Then he told me i will contact again with in 1/2an hour.
3. Again same Person (man) called me only at 10pm (i slept) then he asked me to sumit again the Passport Xerox and one photo to any one of hutch dealer and then convey to that dealer to call me at the same time.
4. I had sumitted my Passport Xerox and one photo to a dealer( he is having shop inside of my company-Rajashree cement) at 12.35pm and called to one customer care no: 9886171060. He discussed with me also with one of the hutch dealer and told me i will clear ur problem with in 1/2 an hour.
5. Now time is 3.07pm (21.11.06) but my phone is not reconnected.
Please try to learn FIRST “WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE”

i recharge for Rs 410 evenry month

Its horrible that i recharge for Rs 410 evenry month whwerin local message costs rental of Re1 daily and 0.5 paisa per message but when you recharge add on of say Rs 50, local messages cost Rs 1 per message. when talked to huthc customer care people, they say it will be corrected and money wasted in messages costing Re1 per message will be refunded. I think we should raise this issue in consumer court

I recharged my phone through ICICI Internet online prepaid mobile recharge facility on 6th nov 2006-11:40 p.m.the money wa taken away from my ICICI account but no talktime was credited to my hutch phone.
I called up hutch on 7-nov-2006 12:10 a.m. and they asked me wait for 48 hrs..that ends on 8-Nov-2006 11:40 p.m.So, when I called up again on 8-nov-2006, they told me to wait for another 72 hrs..and so..I have been endlessly waiting for talktime but ..no valuable info given�

I have option of 10 Paisa to friend to friend. Without any intimation they have change my policy And I lost my 200Rs.

Hi,
I’m using Hutch prepaid for a long time.
But now-a-days the Hutch customer care service is in it’s WORST stage.
Whenever I try to call 111 the Hutch Care number in Bangalore there is no reply. After trying about 20-25 times even if I get connected to customer care but waiting for about 8 minutes on the queue I could not find any support person whom I can explain my problem.
I really wonder whether there is any Hutch Care in existance !!!
How does Hutch explain this ???

hi there.this is to inform you tat i was using postpaid connection of hutch{9888105270} in jalandhar city which i surrendered and got it converted to prepaid in the month of june on 5/06/06,
i was tolod tat i would get back my refund of Rs350 within 3 months and have been to hutch outlet atleast 10 times in jalandhar city,near jyoti chowk but they r doing nothing.
thats a big harassment for me,can i know why u not able to provide me the service and wish that appropriate action will be taken.

I have a hutch pre-paid connection since 2004 In August 2006 I converted it to Post paid. Since last month my SIM is not working properly. I talked to customer care and got advice to visit Branch sec-18, Noida (U.P.)
He asked 250/- will be debited for change of sim charge.
Can i know within one month how the sim can be damaged while i donot used to open my mobile. I hope i was given old Sim.
