Sir I have ur hutch prepaid connection with no. 9873329812. i have submitted my ID several times in the last five days. but still outgoing and incoming is deactivated. everytime executives told that mobile service will be activated within 24 hours, but not the case. kindly lok into the mattersoon otherwise i will have to purchase new sim but not of hutch.
Forget Airtel, its cousin Hutch is no good either if one speaks of their website design. All Flashy & full of crap. It will take ages to load up & finally when it does, all that the customer would get to see is an idiotic slideshow of the dog, a boy or some other abstract art. Finally, it hits their customers that Hutch’s slogan is……Wherever you go, you’ll never find any relevant information.
