I am Guruswamy.B.G, When i received the bill of august 2006,I was confused because I was charged Rs 150 extra for sim replacement but
I am using same sim since i took the postpaid connection.
Later I went to hutch shop (seetha vilas road) in mysore, the fellow(Praveen HV I guess) who is sitting there Behaved rashly with me,he was not even obedient to receive my compliant.
After all I called hutch customer care I registered a Compliant against
the person as well as bill.
But still Rs 191 is not yet waver off from my current bill, I request you to
waver off Rs 191 from the current bill

Dear sir,
My telephone number is 9886343309. I have been using hutch from the beginning. But unfortunately I have a complaint to lodge.
This is a prepaid connection and I have validity till Nov.
I recharged last month for Rs.198 with the clear understanding that I will get full talk time. But later I found the account balance only around Rs.80/-. On enquiry I was given to understand that some amount has been adjusted etc.etc. I left it at that.
However I charged again yesterday and I got the information in my mobile that the account balance is Rs.185/-. I rarely use outgoing and to my utter dismay and surprise I find the balance to be around Rs.95/-. This is ddisgusting.
Please let me know how this is happening. If I do not get a convincing reply I will be forced to switch on to other makes.

this is ashish my mobile no:9885899529.I wanted to activate my romeing services on my mobile so i called up the customer care and asked the cc to activate the same however the reply i got was shoking the cc bluntly refuse to do so bcoz i have not made a payment and my due date was not over and i have never defualted any payment till date.I have allways made the payment promptly so i asked the cc to activate the services as my due date is not over the cc refuse i told the entire story that he can check that i have never defualted payment but cc was not ready to understand so i asked for manager for that but cc refused bluntly he (cc) argued with me when i asked for any number or email adress to which i can have a word with once i got a big no .Atlast i got this site and hope the cc in hyderabad will improve . Hope so .

dear service provider,
i’m not happy with ur dealing on hutch heplline at 111..
one day for one service i called up at abt 10 times all attendend told me same thing & put on hold ..
i lost near abt talk time of 50rs.
due to that still problem not solved , everytime time new attendent we have ti describe from scrap then above that ur helpline is chargeble??
i was requesting to activate my hutch std plan, they told me to sms “ACT HSTD” & to send on 144..
i follow the intrustion then recived message from 144 that letter typed by u is wrong key something , then again i called up & got same intructions . in this way i follow these type of intructions at abt 10 times but my service not activated.
in addtion to this i also send sms ” HSTD ACT ” , ” ACT STD” ………….. lot many but service not activated till now . i hope u know that how much balance i lost in this process & i got same reply every time . now i have all record in my cell & thinking to putting up in consumer forum .
If same thinks keep hapeenining then i am going to put up in consumer forum , otherwise you give my talk time back.
And above all improve your service.

Im very upset the way Hutch Peolpe Operate neither their Customer Service peolpe now what they are doing ,What should be done and were they are just sitting blank . The only thing they now is IM SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE CAUSED. right from the day I have entered to the Billing plan Im not happy with any of thier services,frist of all they make false commitment and only cheat people good for nothing all concern with the money, whenever they want they’ll disconnect the out going calls without prior information, this is not the way how they should execute a very unproffesional way to deal.
I would never suggest anyone to go for billing.
