vodafone

i have prepaid sim.. recently i had recharged for 777. the sms cost for rs 1 paise per msg. but suddenly it started costing me 1 rs per msg. so i called up customer care. they told me to go for 31 rs recharge so that i will get 10 paise per sms.. According to them yest i did for 31 rs recharge but still it costing me 1 rs per msg.. why it is happening.. i tried to call again to customer care on 111.it says me “that number not listed”. than some suggested me try on 222 but same thing “that number not listed”. is the customer care number is changed…

I am a really dissatisfied customer

I am a really dissatisfied customer , in a month
whenever i call customer service they tell me that there are technical problems and they can’t resolve my any problem.
1.coustomer care exicutive exited after discussing my problem
2.they say they can’t resolve my problem
3.i think they are unable for their job
4.after receiving our calls and chaking our details they put on hold untill the line is disconnected.
5.i am in suti & dhulyan towers but the network is not in proper condition to serve us.
6.network is very busy
its frustrating ,
please resolve

I am using an iPhone with a Vodafone SIM

I am using an iPhone with a Vodafone SIM from Nov 5th. However last week I did a serious mistake of updating it with v1.1.2 and the phone became a brick. It simply did not recognize any SIM and would only allow emergency calls. However after 3 days of hard work I successfully unlocked it without a Wi-Fi connection and is using it on vodafone. It works fine. So if Apple is saying the v1.1.2 can’t be cracked it’s not true.
However I am not able to use EDGE with APN: www on vodafone. It says “You are not subscribed to EDGE” although I have a GPRS enabled SIM card.
Can anyone help?

DO NOT CALL REGISTRY

DO NOT CALL REGISTRY — its crap…I myself registered my vodaphone numbers on websites but after that also Vodaphone SMS, Pre-recorded calls, ICICI, HDFC and prmotional sms and calls are coming to me… Is there any checks after that..? NO
Still people are getting disturb in meetings, night sifts and even in office work hours.. SO what is the use of it ? TRAI should check also….

Hutch Customer Care

This is to refer an instance which I had with Hutch Customer Care.Actually I played with the Settings function in my mobile..Unfortunate to say it started asking the PUK code for activating the SIM. Iwas really in a dilemma…What to do? I prayed to God..Why I have chosen Hutch connection..Later on I had called up Hutch Customer care and solved the problem…Thanks a lot to Hutch Customer Care….I appreciate their service …Thanks again..Paul ( a Hutch customer)

I am Bhartendu , no . 9999030437 // Postpaid customer of Vodafone . when i opted the postapid plan .They Commited that after paying 500/- .. no charges for incoming calls . No clip charges . And if will not use outgoing calls , no charges at all .
For first month , i used it only to receive call as i already have another no . But i got a bill of mentioning the clip charges . I asked Customer care to disconnect the number and i don`t wanna use this . I will leave my 500/- (Which i paid at the time of taking connection )
But laterr on ,, i start recieving bills mentioning several charges ,

I have been trying to call 111 since 3 hours but unable to reach it. It says it is not working or try after sometime. Do you think we are jobless continuously trying to your number..

I brought a vodafone connection 2 weeks ago

Well, I brought a vodafone connection 2 weeks ago and submitted my documents twice for activating my out going calls.
The vendor expects the activation to happen within 24 hrs and it simply hasn’t.
Today, the customer care executive told me that it takes 8 days to activate a connection ? Is that true ? Is it the pace at which we can expect future service too ???
I cant afford to wait that long nor can I really loose this number. But surely the moment I can get rid of it, seems like I will.

It was much better when it was Hutch.

i had applied for a vodafone connection in gurgaon,India on 8th of Nov 2007, the documents were collected by their executive from my office and verification checks were done over the phone. But the verifier misinformed about the status of my residence due to which my connection did not get activated. I visited the Vodafone outlet where i registered my complaint and verification was again done then and there, but yet my connection never got activated. Also, when i try contacting the vodafone customer care to cancel my application i can never get to their postpaid connection department as their phone lines are always directed to the prepaid section and they have no system of redirecting calls.Its a pathetic company with a lousy system.

I have bought an iPhone from usa. i have unlocked it. i was able to use some sim cards in usa. but when i try to use airtel in bangalore, it is saying the error message. ” iPhone can be used only with an approved sim card.” anybody faced this problem can help me? b’cos of this i am not able to use my phone for the past 20 days.

unlocked iphone

Its always not a good idea to use the unlocked iphone besides Apple has itself clarified recently that its future updates can cause serious damage to those unlocked iphones. AND its clearly mentioned that an unlock attempt will void its warranty.
So my advise would be to wait for 2-3 months, the genuin brand new iphone will come in search of you!!

Very very poor service.

Very very poor service. Nobody in customer care is responding. Sustomer care executives are holding phones for 20 ~30 mins without transferring to their seniors. September concern is still pending and nobody is ready to listen.
