customer care of vodafone

Hi…..
I called to your customer care to block my sim card from last two days but they are not blocking my card, and somebody is using my card i had given him a full detail of mine than also they didn't block my sim card. yesterday night near by 11:00 or 11:30pm i called to your customer care their was one person name called Mr. Jose he is the Team leader he was telling me that, i will not block your card (JA BLOCK NAHI KAREGA JO KARNA HAI KARLE DARTA NAHI HU). This is the way to treat with your customer. i had recorded all the conversation in my mobile if anything goes wrong VODAFONE will bear for the same b'coz i had called them thrice. I want a reason why he was taking like that we are a fool for using your services.
KINDLY REVERT ME FOR THE SAME.

none of the vodafone officials cared to solve this problem

Same problem faced by me too..I too vodafone connection on 2nd Jan 2007 and still stick to it coz of the fancy old number. talking abt service…sometimes..they call and the computer talks..and it tells us to press 1 for some service..and 2 for another service like that..then it will tell us that u hv been subscribed..for so and so service and all..and then daily rental of 2 rs will be deducted..i faced this problem for nearly 3 months..then somehow i solved the problem…another problem is that i cannot send an sms to one particular idea himachal pradesh number.. i can send the same sms from another networks number but the same sms i cant send to that idea HP number..i dont know what is the problem..dis problem is since the past 2 and a half yrs..and still continuing..none of the vodafone officials cared to solve this problem…btw what do u do lavanya ? where r u from ?

vodafone customer care

i can't able to call customer care. when I call the recorded message is hearing again and again. i'am so sorry to say your service is TOO POOR, but this is the fact. not only this problem, I faced many problem. also I lost lot of money by making international calls(calls not connect but you taken money).

Ur lucky it was Vodafone , try doing this with Reliance or Airtel and see the results , btw Vodafone may not have the best network but their service is pretty ok

services of vodaphone

am pissed up with the services of vodaphone care. i registered my complaint on 10 sep. 2009 about caller tune which was activated on my phone which i didnt subscribed for. and till now 26 sep i had not got my refund back. i got calls from care that i will get my money back in 2 days ……but till now no refund…am really fed up with services……tell me what i should do…??????

orange connection

Customer Care
I had an orange connection which was taken in 2004 from Mumbai which later on changed to vodafone. The cel no was +xxxxxxxxxx. I relocated to Muscat in Jul 2008 after clearing all dues and had not been using that no since then. I have misplaced the sim card. Please let me know how to terminate the connection and the procedure to clear dues if there are any. During my short trips to Kerala, I had approached many vodafone offices, but they have not resolved the issue todate.

prepaid account balance

Hi Amit,
I am facing a problem in my prepaid account balance. I had made a topup of Rs.150 in the month of June. Later after a month, that is in the month of July the balance I had was deducted. Immediately I called the customer care and enquired the reason, initially they said that topup is valid for a month, but then during the period of topup I was told talk time is valid till the expiry date of my recharge. Later they said their might be some technical problem in their system and would refund my amount by 3rd Aug.
I had logged the complaint on 30th July. I have been calling the customer care quite a lot of time and they still keep telling that I will get my amount refunded. I can list some people whom I spoke with
1> Pavan Shirsagar
2> Sandeep
3> Laxman
4> Sangeetha
All of them assured that i would get it refunded, but no effect.
If the customer care continue to work in this, it will definitely loose many customers. If my issue is not getting solved then surely I will be moving out of this and even insist my friends not to go for this.
I hope you can help out with this issue. Please do the needful.
