Vodafone process in India

Please make your Vodafone process in India a better way at the earliest. Your call center people are making the customers mad by calling us very often for the same reason

2 years incomming free of huch connection

During purchase of cellphone 2626 (Nokia)customers are lured to get 2 years incomming free of huch connection. and more than 1600 minutes free HUtch to Hutch local calls. Unfortunately the Costomer has been deceived and forr all the calls he is charged and and in addition msg from net is stopped. Responsbility equally goes to NOKIA also for making co - partnersship with hutch.

Hutch connection Scheme

I purchased a NOKIA 2626 cellphone with Hutch connection Scheme of two years incomming free.and in addition 1600 minutes free talk Hutch to HUtch. Inspite of scheme assurance I am being charged for local call HUtvh to Hutch and I cant receive the MSG through enternet.
For poor servises of HUTCH responsbility equilly goes to NOKIA also for making HUTCH their co-partners in Schemes and connections. The lure of scheme is the big factor to go for a specific HUTCH connection.
Though I have personnally submitted my request but now one month is over without any action from the HUTCH.

lowest cost for sending STD messages

Please advise me if you have a Rs.249/- monthly recharge card available in Andhra Pradesh.If not,please advise me of the different ways that I can have the lowest cost for sending STD messages & STD calls(both to Hutch numbers).

I really feel ashamed to say that hutch is ditching its customers.business means smart dealing no doubt but cheating should not be your motto.

i have problem with std calling card of rs. 110

dear sir
this is arvind kumar my no. is 9999968478.
i have problem with std calling card of rs. 110 . i have used this card first time for std calls but i have problem with it when i m trying to call a no. then i listened three automate messages these are as follows
1. sorry this call can not be processed at that time plz enter another no.
2. you have no sufficient valance to make this call.
3. call to this no. is bard.
All though is am calling with right process and i have already registered with message ….. wcc create and 12 digit no. to 111
and calling with 118 followed by a mobile no.
i have already called two times to customer care also.
i have called at least 100 times
and i have thee calls with this card and still have balance of rs. 71
so plz give me solution what can i do and who is the responsible for that.
and is don’t want any automated calls and sms
